1. AGY is happy to offer free shipping, thanks to our partnership with global carriers, mostly DHL and UPS. All orders will be delivered via the global carriers. While AGY directly handles your order and transaction, and all your customer service needs, the global carriers handle the shipment.
2. Orders can be placed using credit card, bank wire, or via bank transfer.
3. You can also shop at AGY in your preferred currency – even if it doesn't match your shipping destination's currency. 
4. Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate when your order is placed.
